Break out Duel Rank into dedicated UI element #17

The combo box with all duelists x duel rank is way too cluttered to be useful.

Tab.setGraphic can be used to create a more detailed appearance for each tab.

"Missing ##" reports an incorrect total across all duel-rank drop pools. Might not be counting "In Logic: No" drops?

Clicking on a "Top Farm" should change the tab to that duel rank.

When clicking a "Top Farm", the duelist box becomes empty. It's preferable that the duelist box reflect the selected farm. This may be a bug since before this branch.

Correction: This happens sometimes and not others. Need to investigate.

It would be nice to have an indicator in the menu entry for each duelist like (4 / 9 / 6) for how many cards available on APOW, BCD, and ATEC.
