Aggregate the state of multiple active nodes (smarter) #7

Currently if a service has multiple active nodes, the service state will be reported as the state of an arbitrary node. Instead, all the active nodes healths should be summed up somehow.

All active nodes now must be healthy for the service to be considered healthy.
