Chosen of Markov can not transform

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cast Chosen of Markov
2. Click on Chosen of Markov, it does not tap to active its ability
3. Try to tap other vampire, it does not tap to activate Chosen of Markov 
ability

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is: with other vampire creature on battlefield, Chosen of 
Markov should tap to activate its ability and after tap other vampire Chosen of 
Markov should transform.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wagic Beta - 0.18.2 for Windows XP
