(Conversion - 2WW - Enchantment - 4ED) - Mountain becomes Plain but I can't TAP for mana #882

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mountain becomes Plain (it's correct) but I can't TAP for mana

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.18.6 - win 7 pro

updated code, lands no longer use their card code if they contain a basic mana 
ability it comes from the rules.txt now.
