"Abuse?" of tapping/untapping will freeze your phase. #917

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clock of Omens, Grinding Station x2, Myr Turbine in play.
2. Create myr tokens until it freezes (not very consistent about freezing, but 
it will eventually).
3. In case you somehow can't see it, tap myr turbine, use Clock of omens to tap 
two grinding stations to untap myr turbine, ad infinitum.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tapping/untapping should not EVER cause a suspend state in the game unless it 
is interrupting something and then that should be resolved as the stack 
resolves.
Instead we see at the minimum a forces move to next phase, if not a quitting of 
the game or shut down of wagic.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.18.6 (PC)

Please provide any additional information below.
P.S.: you only need one grinding station, but it' a little easier to mana it in 
wagic with two.

Depends with my sliver deck the tokens are the fuel for any mechanic I use, so 
"sh!ttons" in my modular deck not as many but a good chunk between 20 and 100 
in a game so maybe 10-30 in a turn. But with my elf deck I'm not in specific 
control since it's an exponential growth (elvish promenade) so I can make en 
excess of 100s in a turn.

on pc i dont run into this issue until there are bout 1000 tokens.

Interesting, I'm upgrading my PC this month (possibly next). I will update 
these Issues if there are changes.
