What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to options -> advanced
2. change minimum card grade to a more restrictive level (after purchasing new
cards)
3. save settings
4. go to deck editor (or try to play a game)
5. cards are missing from the collection, but still show up with a x0 quantity,
even from the decks.
6. go back into options -> advanced
7. change the setting back
8. cards still missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cards return after setting changed back

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
18.6 - Android 2.3.5 - nook tablet

Please provide any additional information below.
Do to the "touchiness" of the touch interface, I accidentally changed the
minimum card grade setting when I went to adjust the phase skip automation and
had to cycle through the options to get back to "0: borderline" where I have
been playing daily for several months. I quit and saved. Then I went to play
a game and got me arse handed to me, I went to the deck editor to tweak the
deck some to compensate and found that I had lost several hundred cards from my
collection (I really do not know how many I had, but I only have 154 cards now,
and I have been buying 5-10 15 card packs a day for a good 3-4 weeks, at least
5 days a week), including most of the deck I had just tried to play (resulting
in a 22 card deck, down from 80). I went back into the settings and tried to
reverse the process, but nothing I do brings the cards back.

of the 10 or so custom decks I have made, I no longer have enough cards to
"make" any of them and will have to try to wipe and reinstall the game to see
if I can start over.

restoring the game via titanium backup did not revert the missing cards.
restoring data only did nothing, restoring app only allowed me to choose to
install the data on internal or SD card storage, but the collection was the
same after loading.

I had transferred my game data to my phone in October and at that time had 786
cards in my collection, I would estimate based off that figure that I had
approx 2,000 cards in my collection (most likely just under 2k, not over, as I
do not remember seeing any number over 2000 any time while playing). I will
check sometime in the next few days, if I can recreate this on my phone and see
if the same occurs.
