Scrolling in Creature Type selection list jumps around when reversing scroll direction

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use an ability that has you choose a creature type.
2. Scroll down through the list of creature types.
3. Decide you passed the type you want. Scroll back up through the list.
4. Oops, you passed the one you wanted again. Scroll down again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At step 4, I expect that the list will begin scrolling down from its current 
position. Instead, the list immediately jumps back down to the spot I got to 
the first time I scrolled down, which is already below the option I wanted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Wagic 0.18.6, this has occurred on both Android 2.3 and Android 4.1/4.2

Please provide any additional information below.
This might occur with other lists that display the same way, but is most 
noticeable on creature type, since that's such a large list, it's easy to 
accidentally scroll past the option you wanted.
