Evolve trigger on token generating cards #935

*What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have Utvara Hellkite in play and then Cloudfin Raptor in play.
2. attack the opponent with these creatures.

*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the 2 creatures attacks, Utvara Hellkite produces a 6/6 Dragon.
Evolve should trigger on Cloudfin Raptor making it a 1/2 (+1/+1 counter).
