hires fonts need a little work. #943

higher res textures for font are not hotspotted correctly. the cells are draw 
as if you are still using a small res image rather than adjusting to a higher 
scale image.

attached is a hi res version of the current f3 font, the spacing is exactly the 
same and the characters are in exactly the same place as the smaller version of 
the svn f3 font.
