a) XKeycodeToKeysym got deprecated throwing warning and bailing out with -Werror
b) Current zlib headers doesn't define OF macro anymore
(JGE/include/unzip/ioapi.h looks like best place to define it) throwing a lot
of errors
c) Use system boost libs/includes on linux systems (fixing again compilation
problems with -Werror)
