Investigate differences between results, require tests #6

All 3 implementations so far seem to generate very similar, but slightly different results
Investigate possible causes and try to determine the correct (full) output and have 1 copy of it in the root
Add a test for the top 25 to the Rust & Python implementations

Think it's related to detecting/stripping non-alphanumerics.

Correct golang & js and got the de-facto correct results sorted in 3296d87b3aface41947e8d751ba37fab2a43cf95. Will update other implementations to include tests later.
