I am getting IO error while installing glibc #101

We are building the containers we do not have internet we downloaded the apk's and push it to our repository:-

ERROR: glibc-2.28-r0.apk: IO ERROR

It would appear that this error is related to your network issues. I cannot reproduce it. If you are able to provide further details on how it can be reproduced then we can investigate it further.
