feat: HU windowing #1

HU windowing drag에 따라 바뀜.

수정해야할 부분:

cross-hair line이 HU windowing/ bounding box가 toggle 되면 사라짐. ㄴ차라리 toggle 안 되었을 때만 cross-hair line이 보이도록 하는 것도 괜찮아보임.
