Provide better column resize policy for FilteredTable #152

Particularly one that expands certain columns to avoid empty space.

More complicated than it seems. User may want to not have columns resized automatically to span all space in order to use horizontal scrolling and leverage space not visible. Hence we need at least 2 resizing strategies and configuration in a table column header menu.

Closing as loosely defined and questionable. Future improvements in this regard are not out of question, but not immediately required.
