Hello, thanks for this repo! I was wondering if you have a python version of this package planned, as I have started to work on MALDI images using Python.

Thanks for considering MALDIquant for your analysis and for your request. I won't rewrite MALDIquant in python (due to lack of knowledge and time). Maybe the rpy2 python module works for you?
