Collate together a document such that participants can provide informed consent to the interview

Consent form should outline everything in the Participant Information Sheet #16 in checkbox form and ask for signature.

Be explicit:

ephemeral data will be stored on local laptop that is encrypted and password-protected that only I have access to
transcripts/quotes will be vetted by interviewee before being shared with anyone else
when data are shared, only over VPN
