Create a mock-up for potential designs of an Open Practices Toolkit homepage #22

As part of the application we'd like to see some ideas for transforming the content of this repo into a website.

  1. Read through the Phase 1: User Research Roadmap project board and browse the 18F Method design cards
  2. Using the resources in 1 as inspiration, consider how to implement the task:
    • Contextually: what is the sequential steps to take through the roadmap? what narrative is this conveying?
    • Visually: How would you display these tasks/steps/story points?
    • Technically: how are do you plan to build the site? a static site generator from markdown files, something else? what templates would you create?
