Collate and analyse results

The output of the Mentimeter survey is 2 xlsx files (one from each version of the survey we ran). We need to preprocess/anonymise these, combine them into a single CSV file, and analyse them.

Preprocessing

• Results are on the Voters sheet in the spreadsheet (and least this seems the easiest to read in programmatically)
• Ensure only data with date stamp 2022-04-06 is considered, other entries are tests
• Each respondent has a voter number in the Voter column, we should not override these when combining the spreadsheets
• Ensure all free text boxes are anonymous

Notes documents

• Only one notes doc used, and it was more reflections than anything so I haven't extracted that data.

Analysis

• Provide breakdowns of each question according to which "experience group" the respondents identified themselves as
• Generate word clouds or card layouts for free text answers
• Generate an interactive version of the plots, and static versions for the SSI website
