Summary

This project tracks mentorship and management meetings between Sarah and Carol.

What needs to be done?

[ ] Arrange first meeting
[ ] What's the format of the meeting? Zoom? Taking notes in a hackmd?
[ ] Plan a meeting schedule or make it up as we go along?
[ ] Come up with metrics for success and impact?
[ ] Create meetings folder to track minutes

Early mornings 7am - 9am PT (Los Angeles) works best for me
Your call on format. Zoom is fine. I love hackmd.
I would say a few scheduled touch-base moments. Happy to meet on a regular basis.
Metrics hmm... Let's put that on the agenda for the 1st meeting.

So looking forward to what you create 🎨

Great! I propose we have our first meeting around 13th/14th February - the Fellows inaugural meeting happens on the 11th so I'll have a good idea of any possible collaborations then.

Rough agenda:

metrics of success and impact
How I should present myself/Binder at the various conferences. Should I run a talk/demo or just advertise myself as a point of contact for getting involved with/contributing to the project?
Specifically the JuliaCon submission (CFP closes 7th March) #7
