Add pascal language mod #29

Many russian scools learns pascal with free pascal compiler. Well, I created pascal mod, that uses fpc. How can I contribute or share this? Also some russian translation should be fixed. Thanks.

Hi! That's great.

If you are a bit familiar with git, you can clone the repository (for example as a github's fork), add and commit your changes, and create a pull request.

Otherwise, it's possible to send the mod's files or translations by mail, or to make them available online (anywhere), and I will integrate them to the repository. See here: https://github.com/sgimenez/laby/blob/master/TRANSLATION.
