Created real_data directory where we download and convert 1000G WGS VCF file(s) to Zarr format.
Added script to test various compression parameters and their effect on the compression ratio.
Added functions to src/plot.py to generate figures.
Modified Makefile in the root directory to allow user to generate figures.
