@eric-czech raised a point that we don't directly compare the size of plink files. We could add this to fig 2 easily enough. It would be simple to plot a line for the size of the genotype matrix based on a two-bit encoding, which should basically be the same as plink. We could explicitly do the plink files as well, but it would be somewhat tedious.
