I added a paragraph to capture your point in #141 @shz9 - does this seem OK?

I didn't put anything extra in the discussion, as it's got a lot going on already and I don't want to over burden. Making the point of taking a full copy just to change one field is probably basic enough to be done once, anyway.

Looks good! There's a typo that I just fixed on Overleaf:

Original:

Fixed:

Thus, even though we may only be altering a single field
