have you a cios249 installed?
have you set the "UseIOS58" option to ON?
you need a cios249, if not installed, you need to use the ios58 fonction
once you have loaded the app, go in credits and you will see what ios is used.
thx to report if that is just a bad use or a real problem.

Credits and boot sequence both said it was using IOS58 even before I set it to
On (which I did right away). I have no cIOS249 installed at all. Is it possible
that it needs to be installed even if it is not being used?

I have very similar issue, only that not all of my Wii saves are displayed.
This only occurs when I load from an App loader other than the Homebrew Channel
ie:
Usb Loader Gx, Wii Explorer.
Save Game Manager GX r114 using IOS 58 when being loaded from a loader other
than the Homebrew Channel. The SD saves appear OK but the saves on the Wii DO
NOT. In the picture provided, the total wii saves are 4 even though I have at
least 25 or 30.
I believe that the use of IOS 58 may be the problem.

ok, it's due to the fact other apps/loders, don't do like mine.
in my app, i patch the NAND_ES to keep AHBPROT enabled while an ios_reload.
by this way, if you load an app from mine, the ios 58 keep the ahbprot
activated and is loaded like from the hbc.
i think others apps/loader, don't have this fix implemented (already spoke
about that with dimok).
So i think i can close this issue as it's a bad use.
