I tried to transfer my miis from the wii to emu nand but when I run neek2o and 
boot my mii channel on emu nand it tells me the save data is corrupt

ok, please, try that:

set your emunand path in the app, 
reboot the app,
it should tell you somthing about your my channel, and you should fix that.
