What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.going into the program
2.try to extract game data
3.keeps telling us to transfer to USB8;/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
try to extract, but keeps saying error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wii, and the program is Save Manager GX

Please provide any additional information below.

We just want to know what USB8;/ means.
