Write man page #21

No. By "man page" I mean the *nix man page.

Hey, I'm working on this over at https://github.com/davedean/sgminer_manpage .. my github is not strong so figured I'd start over there out of the way.

I've ported in the --help text and reformatted a lot (can test with man -l sgminer.1).

I'm guessing that the process from here is to fork/change and submit pull request. I'll work on that over lunch / now.
