Threads not re-enabled after overheated and cooled down GPU is re-enabled #254

Whenever an AMD GPU is overheated it is correctly disabled and the associated threads are disabled as well. A while later (when it cools down) the GPU is correctly re-enabled BUT the associated threads are NOT re-enabled thus the GPU does not get any work and just sits there idle.
