bitblock & bitblockold #300

I get an error (invalid nonce count - HW error) when I try to use both kernels at the same time in one config file. I have 2x 280x and 2x 6950 on one rig and I don't have a choice.

Hope the team will get this fixed soon.

As far as I know it's not possible currently to set per-gpu algorithm. I will look into this when I have a chance.

In the meantime maybe try to run 2 instances of sgminer, one with bitblock restricted to only the 280x (using the device option), and one with bitblockold restricted to 6950s.

It shouldn't because algorithm isn't set to accept multiple values per-gpu. This is an enhancement that will require a bit of change in the code base.

Per-GPU algorithms are planned for the version after 5.0. I am closing this since we already have issues that cover this.
