As great as that "doesn't use nfactor" is for you... I have this issue too... So how about helping and not just telling what it SHOULDN'T be doing :)

Have the same problem running on Linux Mint. Was told to reduce thread count and issue was closed. I started reducing TC this morning by 50% and restarting SGMiner. Presentl;y have TC at 0 and still have the same thing.

Don't understand, when in Windows can't run Poolers, and SGMiner runs fine. In Windows my TC is 8192 and everything seems to run fine...could this possibly be a kernel issue? I hope not cause it's harder to get support advice over on Poolers here on GitHub.

Same problem, probably have the same graphics card integrated APU HD 7660D. The higher number is global memory and the lower one is max memory. It can't reconcile the two.

The file that creates the error is ocl.c line 633. The message is a warning but the failure comes in the following line 641 when it can't create a read buffer. There's a note that says: /* This buffer is weird and might work to some degree even if

This gpu says 2GB vram in windows but 128MB in linux. Everything I've read about increasing it says you can't. It may just not have enough vram. It's interesting that this same code does not produce the same error in Windows, but it doesn't work either. All shares are rejected.
