Please add optimized X17 algo

There is a big need in optimized X17 algo for Radeon 570/580 cards

i know this is a bit old issue but could the lack of optimized X17 can affect mining rate ?

I'm using sgminer to mine a new coin named BitcoinIL and I'm getting around 65Kh/s this is more like CPU mining rather than GPU mining
