[x] bibliography titles are 30pt
[ ] more spacing between TOC lines (if poss)
[x] some figures need re-sizing (e.g. Fig 9/Graham)
[x] M Kay article title needs changing (editorial)
[x] xrefs to bibliographies need work - probably to make consistent across papers too: Mark Dunn's approach seems to work well
[x] use serif font

Fixed bibliography title font size, now 16pt in title page template.

Fixed Tony's Fig 9. Not the wrong size but instead a broken ref.
