How to organise 2023 proceedings XML? #34

The 2018 XML is in the main branch, and both the 2019 and 2021 XML are in the muk2019 branch of MarkupUK/MUK-proc.

Will the 2023 XML also go in the muk2019 branch or go somewhere else?

(Creating the issue here because MarkupUK/MUK-proc doesn't allow issues.)

We clearly need to prune our branches. Suggest putting it into muk2019 again, for now.
