The itemizedlist have mark="bullet", which is overriding the usual MarkupUKesque diamond on the list items. Should the override be ignored or should the mark="bullet" be removed or what?
Some of the code samples show < and so on because they have entities inside CDATA sections. Is that correct?
The current PDF on the Markup UK website still shrinks the text on code samples with long lines instead of wrapping lines.
