Support -1 as unbounded #11

Nic's recursive-directory-list step used -1 to indicate unlimited recursion while XProc 3.0 uses 'unbounded'. Should this be supported in the fork's recursive-directory-list?

Nope. Better to use the XProc 3.0 standard values.
