$verbose in threaded-xslt doesn't work #8

The $verbose option in threaded-xslt.xpl doesn't work as it relies on Calabash 1.0 extensions. Need something equivalent in 3.0.

Basic step message works. The extra info in the 1.0 version never did, so leaving it as an exercise in #9.
