Resolve serve vulnerabilities

The current serve version contains a well known vulnerability. It is needed to update the dependency to the recommended version and check that the local and remote environments still work.

• [ ] Get the backend running. Can be found here
• [ ] Run the frontend as it is and check it compiles succesfully in your environment
• [ ] Update the dependency in the package.json
• [ ] Run the application in local mode and check it works fine
• [ ] Build the application as if it was a production code and check it works fine
• [ ] Ping me to do the heroku deploy and check it's still working.
