Triggering a combo box in IE7 causes the whole page to disappear #3

When triggering a combo box, such as a time field, in IE7, the whole page
disappears until the combo box is closed again.

This was caused by echo3 adding overflow values on the content pane and the 
divs that
it created for child items.

Had to patch Render.ContentPane.js accordingly.  You can see it in the relevant
section of the attached patch file.
