First run error #15

Hi, I fixed the "First run error" which was causing a FileNotFound exception when the code is analysed the first time without any previous runs.

Wanted to clean up your code a little bit but don't have permission to your fork. I just manually took your changes and put them into a PR here: https://github.com/sgoertzen/sonar-break-maven-plugin/pull/16

Going to close this one and commit that one into master.
