Hello @Soengzaak - make sure you have the right cudnn/cuda/tensorflow version combination for your operating system. Which versions of those packages do you currently have installed? This table is very helpful to know which versions work together https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50622525/which-tensorflow-and-cuda-version-combinations-are-compatible

Hi,My CUDA is 10.0 and CUDnn is 7.4.My GPU is NVDIA GTX 850M and the OS is WIn10.TensorFlow is 1.14.
So,what could I do next to solve this? Thank you.
@Soengzaak - just to check, have you been able to load data onto the GPU outside of SimBA, for example in the DLC GUI or other pose package? We recommend to use their interface if possible. It seems to be a cudnn error, I have never worked with the NVDIA GTX 850M so I'm sorry I can't be much help
Describe the bug Hello guys, thanks for your creating the software,it 's wonderful. However,I met problems when I used DLC to train the model,it poped up this error.
Maybe there are something wrong with my CUDA,But I don't know how to solve it. I'm sure I have installed CUDA as well as CUDnn.PATH has done before too.In cmd,it has showed its version in
nvcc --Version
My GPU is NVDIA GTX 850M and works well. Could you tell me how to solve it? Thanks!
