I have made a few minor corrections to the tutorial. One suggestion that I have is to move the 'CALCULATING BOUNDARY STATISTICS' section in front of the 'VISUALIZING ANIMAL-ANCHORED ROIs' section. This is due to the requirement for the 'HIGHLIGHT INTERSECTIONS' function to have boundary statistics already calculated. I found that I spent some time trying to work out what was wrong when it did not visualise the intersections, although that may just be me.
