Governments will first make an internal inventory of which rules are used and how they can be published. Rules will first be published internally, and only then to an open register so that rules and relationships can be worked out with chain partners before they are made public.
In addition the government monitors the fulfillment of the obligations of everyone involved with the government in various ways. It uses a variety of control options. It is the rules and metadata references of these control options that, of course, do not have to be public by default.
In this work package we realize the beginning of insight and overview of these control options as intended in this safe environment for governments issue.
