These issues are currently known to hinder Windows support:

~~Cloud Haskell's SimpleLocalNet's Multicast (Maybe don't use simplelocalnet and roll our own?)~~ Using distributed-process-p2p from v0.3.0.0 onwards, which uses TCP exclusively.
gipeda, specifically the dependency on gitlib
the use of rsync and ssh

gipeda, ssh and rsync are pretty critical to the operation of feed-gipeda, so I probably won't fix this.
