Gather some small example files for testing #6

Generate some small sample files in a range of common formats.

I have added 2 sample files in geotiff format here 7d0cb31.

We can generate more samples as we go but this should allow us to hit the ground running.

The naming convention is that the subset files are the smaller files that individual researchers use, and the full_data is the complete dataset from the open repository. So with these 2 files, we should be able to complete a roundtrip.
