Streamline the LSD code that is included in this repo

There is a lot of LSD code here that is redundant. I would like to strip it away before any release so only the bare minimum remains.

• [x] Strip out the unhit branches in the driver
• [x] Do we need the copy of LSDRaster?
• [x] Do we need the copy of LSDJunctionNetwork?

• [x] Rename chi_mapping_tool
• [x] include a makefile
• [x] reduce number of args, and propagate that change through all the code
• [x] rename the output file to *RawBasins.csv, and fix python code to reflect that
• [x] new csv printing method that automatically throws out the garbage chi data
  • [x] Update all processing code to cope with new output data structure

Removed LSDRaster and LSDJunctionNetwork, but need to recompile the source from the zenodo repo to ensure no weird stuff is stored on the server.

Cleaned everything up with a fresh lsd install pinned to a DOI version of the code. Much more reproducible now!

Made the final changes to remove the redundant output data columns.
