Update extending diesel example and fixed some typos in code #135

This is an update of the extending guide documentation.

I have this running and working on a follow up guide, I made a little explicit what it means that you can get now the result <U, i32> for paginated result.

Also fixed some typos in code (when people just want to copy paste to either check or lazy).

By the way, the example linked... should I update it too? (It will be a little different from the guide if people follow the link)
