Added explanation on why to create a new struct for Insertable #198

It is not clear why we're creating a new struct for inserting into the Posts table when we already have one. Linked the github issue that explains why we do this.

Thanks for opening this PR. I do not want to link to an issue in our issue tracker from the getting started guide. If you feel that an explanation is missing there you need to update the text in such a way that it includes these information there.
