Added cargo-binstall command to make installation (diesel_cli) way more convenient and easier since some member of the community seems to struggle with cargo install

Thanks for opening this Pr. Seems like the CI broke in the last few days 😞 I will address that in the next few days.

I've fixed that and moved cargo binstall above the manual installation (and reworded the text slightly).
