trying to activate Google sitemap plugin woodpress blog... getting this error message... #207

I have thye error message

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class GoogleSitemapGeneratorLoader in  
/home/godivatg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/sitemap.p
hp on line 43

I am not sure on what to do with it... thought this was a permission issue with 
the files in the folder...
