A script to create an _all_binaries_<date>.zip for a release.

Utilizing gh (Github CLI)

Places a full README.md and LICENSE in the package's root directory.
Downloads all assembly binaries of a release, and extracts them in respective subdirectories
Packages whole tree structure in one zip, named based on the current DateTime
(optionally) uploads the _all_*.zip binary to the release, overwriting any previous file of that sort
